Bedding:
Everything is already provided in the apartment. You don’t need to worry about anything in this regard.

 

Bicycle storage:
The bicycle storage room (which serves as the ski storage room in winter) is located at the Dahoam apartment in the carport right next to the main entrance door. You can store your bicycles here in the summer;

 

Bus routes:
You can find all bus routes at vvt.at or via the VVT app.

 

Bus stops:
The nearest bus stop—Medraz Dorf—is about 300 meters from the apartments. The Medraz Stille bus stop is also nearby.

 

Check-in:
You can check into the apartment on the day of arrival starting at 3:00 PM.

 

Check-out:
You may use the apartment until 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

 

Coffee Maker:
A Philips Senseo coffee maker is available in your apartment. You will need coffee pods to use it. If you prefer, we can also provide a drip coffee maker.

Electric vehicle charging station:
There is 1 electric vehicle charging station available at our HOAMAT parking lot. The price per kWh is €0.40. We will provide you with the charging card.

Key:
You can pick up the key to your apartment at our location (Bischof-Knaus-Weg 2b).

 

Laundry service:
We’re happy to wash your laundry for a fee of €15 per washing machine (8 kg). Please contact Marlene either by phone or via WhatsApp. We’ll bring you a laundry basket, and you’ll get your laundry back as soon as possible.

 

Parking:
There is one free carport space per apartment in front of the apartment building.

 

Payment:
You can pay on-site on the day of arrival in cash or by card. It is also possible to transfer the money to our account in advance. Whichever option works best for you.

 

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

The Dahoam apartment building consists exclusively of non-smoking apartments. The designated smoking area is your terrace.

 

Ski storage room:
The ski storage room (which serves as a bike storage room in summer) is located at the Dahoam apartment in the carport right next to the main entrance door. You will also find a ski boot warmer there.

Visitor’s tax:
€4.80 per person per day for everyone aged 15 and older. This amount is not included in the apartment price.

Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartments. You will receive the passwords upon arrival.
